the hotel riga, where we stayed. the corridors were delightfully creepy. jack would feel very much at home here, methinks.

little accidents from riga.
shot this may using fuji superia 200 (bought in riga at a silly price) and the trusty ol’ pentax me.
the bottom picture is from an awsome outdoor photo exhibition at the doma square in riga. the original documentary project from 1987 was followed by a “20 years later” edition in 2007. read [...]
taken on a lazy sunday some time in the late spring using my pentax me. it’s a great street shooter, fast and reliable. check out the news section for a little camera update!

random shots from around town.

again, the fantastic pentax 67. i can’t begin to describe how much i love this camera. i wish it was mine to keep.
shot on a beautiful sunday using fuji pro 160s. mildly retouched for dust and scratches, no adjustments whatsoever to colors or levels or curves. what you see here is what got caught on [...]
the scanner is back!
shot some time between december 2007 and february 2008. picture two and three are the first real attempts at bulb exposure. the first one just shows that using a piece of tape to hold the bulb/normal switch in ‘normal’ mode doesn’t always work.
can’t tell from the negatives which exact film type this [...]
